May 2022 – Beaver County Radio will now host Dr. Joseph Maroon and Jeff Bost PAC weekly radio show, Living Well. Living Well will air on Beaver County Radio every Friday from 12:30 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. Listeners will be able to get access to health experts simply by tuning in to Living Well on 1230 WBVP, 1460 WMBA, 99.3 F.M., 95.7 F.M. In addition, the weekly shows will be stored as web podcast hosted by St. Barnabas Radio Network online stream.
Living Well Topics
This 30-minute radio show, on the St Barnabas Radio Network, will broadcast weekly on a wide range of health and wellness topics as discussed by our experts. The show will center on the expertise of well-known neurosurgeon and wellness expert, Dr. Joseph Maroon, along with the show’s host/contributor, Jeff Bost PAC. Jeff Bost PAC has worked side-by-side Dr. Maroon as a Physician Assistant for over 30 years in their neurosurgical practice at UPMC.
Using the format of a question and answer, Dr. Maroon and Mr. Bost will address a variety of health and wellness questions submitted by the general public and residents at St. Barnabas Health System. During the show a question will be read and Dr. Maroon and Mr. Bost will broadly discuss the topic noting both possible medical solutions along with lifestyle and holistic approaches to the problem. This format will leverage the extensive background of the experts to give personal examples and experiences to educate the audience. In addition, the 30 minutes will highlight senior – related topics and services of St Barnabas Health System and other senior services throughout Western Pennsylvania. The show will be a dynamic exchange of ideas that will often involve unique cutting-edge solutions that will intrigue and stimulate the listener.
