Secrets to a Balanced Life

February 8, 2021  Dr. Joseph Maroon recently appeared on The Greg Bennett Show Podcast to discuss how to maintain or regain a balance life using sports and exercise.  Greg is a former Professional Olympic Athlete. He has won multiple World titles and was named one of the “Top 15 Triathletes of all time”.  In his Podcast he has interviewed a wide variety of world’s greatest high performing athletes.

Maroon shares his journey from riding high with success in his chosen profession of a neurosurgeon to losing everything.
