The concept explains how our actions and thoughts can actually alter our brain connections and function.  Additionally, how improving our body’s condition can improve the brain.  Exercise is a great example of brain building.  Stress reduction is an example that can result in heart protection.  Our thoughts and the function of our organs and tissues are critically linked.  In the book, Square One, Dr Maroon discussing how we can balance our body and brain, along with the social and spiritual aspects of our lives.
