Read More about Dr. Joseph Maroon’s Personal Triumphs
While everybody loves a winner, they also root for the underdogs. If you’ve ever felt like the underdog – the long shot – I can relate! I have gone from being a typical out-of-shape middle-aged adult to a participant in some of the world’s most challenging athletic events. Now I am devoting a portion of my career to helping people just like you learn how to live longer and healthier.
I am excited to be using and sharing what I have learned throughout my personal quest, whether it is in my role as a neurosurgeon, scientist, athlete, consultant, author, advocate or as an expert on healthy living and nutrition.
I hope that after you read my story, you are moved to launch your own journey to better health and wellness.
