Dr Joseph Maroon was asked to provide nutritional advice for Men’s Fitness Magazine this month. In an article entitled, The 2017 New Year Battle Plan for every guy, Personalized training, nutrition, and supplement tips for men of every age, goal, and fitness levelDr. Maroon comments on the nutritional needs for a variety of different men.  The article presents five different men with various nutritional, exercise and dietary needs based on their current age and overall goals.  Two other experts also comment and provide a well rounded approach to individuals that often are at a loss as to how to get healthy in the new year. In addition to individual recommendations, the article provides sound advice in general to everyone wishing to eat better and be fit for 2017.
